159. David L. "Poojie" PASCH was born on 11 April 1953.⁴⁹ He died on 8 July 2006 at the age of 53 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴⁹

Obituary Notes: "David “Boojie” L. Pasch, age 53, died Saturday, July 8, 2006, surrounded by his family at his home in the Township of Wellington. He was born April 11, 1953, to Leo and Leona (Treptow) Pasch. He was united in marriage to Vicky O’Rourke on April 20, 1991, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wilton. In 1980, they moved to the farm in Black Valley where they farmed since that time. Prior to 1980, David drove semi for Bud Speicher and hauled milk for Allen Martin. Two things most people know about Boojie, his vehicle of choice was a Chevrolet and he enjoyed winning at cards. He was a hardworking devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Vicky; six children, Derek of La Crosse, Dane (special friend Chelsie Giraud) of Tomah, Dustin (Rachel) of Ontario, Damian (special friend Karlie Alexander) of Mt. Horeb, Andrew and Amber Pasch; five grandchildren, Austin, Jordi, Leah, Alexis and Amaya; a sister, Elaine (Brian) Thompson of Elroy; nieces, nephews, father-in-law and mother-in-law Gordon and Lois O’Rourke of Wilton; three sisters-in-law, Barbara (John) Ornes of Norwalk, Ann (Robert) Curley of Thompson, IL, and Lana (Robert) Ross of Wilton; a brother-in-law, Mark (Cindy) O’Rourke of Wilton; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Loretta.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 12, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wilton. Pastor Ryan Fletcher and Pastor Robert Streeter officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery in Wilton. Relatives and friends called at the church on Tuesday from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. The Smith-Nelson Funeral Home in Wilton assisted the family with arrangements."
