Grace Patricia PASCH and David FAULKNER were married on 5 September 1970.197 David FAULKNER, son of Albert FAULKNER and Pauline UNKNOWN (FAULKNER), was born on 27 September 1946 in Mauston, Juneau County, WI.197 He died on 27 July 2015 at the age of 68 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.197

Obituary Notes: "David Faulkner, 68, of Tomah passed away peacefully Monday, July 27, 2015, at home. David was born Sept. 27, 1946, in Mauston, to Albert and Pauline “Bernice” Faulkner.

David is survived by his loving wife, Grace; their children, Rachel Stember and her children, Adam and Abigail Stember; Amy (Ricky) Christy and their children, Austin, Riley, Clint (Sheena) and their children, Angelina, Kayden, Camdyn and Cashton; Elizabeth (Jason) Faulkner-Baldwin and their children, Cody, Charity and Christian; Jean (Daniel) Evans and their children, Tyler and Alec; Brian (Kristina) Faulkner and their children, Brantley, Bailea, Levitykus, Finleigh-Grace and Solomon; and Katie (significant other, Mark Hauser) Faulkner and their daughter, Allison; siblings, Carol Summerfield, Joseph (Barb) Faulkner, Paul (Nancy) Faulkner, Susan (Rick) Case and Ronnie (Karla) Faulkner; brothers and sisters-in-law, Evelyn (significant other, Dick) Hicks, Carol (Ron) Finstad, Elmer Pasch Jr., Judy (Ron) Stanek, Cindy (Tom) Eder and Jeff (Mary) Pasch. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews; cousins and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Elmer Sr. and Dolores (Deichler) Pasch; brothers-in-law, Calvin Summerfield and Harley Hicks.

David spent his childhood in the Hustler area. When he was a teenager, he accepted Jesus Christ into his heart and spent the rest of his life serving the Lord. In 1964, he graduated from New Lisbon High School. Shortly after, he joined the U.S. Army and served until 1967. On Sept. 5, 1970, he married Grace Patricia Pasch. Throughout their 44 years of marriage, David and Grace were blessed with six children, 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and two honorary great-grandchildren.

David was a man of strong values and traits. He strived to be a good Christian man and father. Honesty, integrity and respect were among the traits that he possessed. Ministering to those he met and mentoring his family was important to him. Each year, for several years, he shared the word of God in the God Mobile at Warren’s Cranberry Festival. In his daily life, David embraced the essence of servant leadership, always giving of himself. Some of his passions include his time with Full Gospel Businessman International, studying and caring for animals, reading, dairy farming, gardening, general contracting, reclaiming materials and especially meeting people and building relationships.

David had many occupations over the years. In his early years, he worked at the Hustler Feed Mill in Hustler, Wis. He then spent some time doing road construction and joined the U.S. Army. After the Army, he worked for Mid-West Breeders in the Fond du Lac and Tomah area. Then he owned the IBA Agricultural supply business. Later, he and his family settled on a dairy farm in Leon, where they milked cows, raised chickens and planted crops. Throughout the years, he also worked at the Tomah and Sparta Wal-Marts, Tomah VA, Agricultural Statistics, Monroe County Plat Book and Wisconsin State Census Bureau. His remaining years were spent building their dream home in Tunnel City, and working at the U.S. Post Office in New Lisbon, as a rural letter carrier of his own route.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 31, at Oasis Church in Tomah. A Christian burial with full military honors will follow in Hustler Cemetery. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 4 until 8 p.m., with a prayer service to conclude at 8 p.m., today at Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Family and friends are also invited for visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church."
