John ROOT and Rebecca WHITE were married on 18 May 1737 in Hebron, Tolland County, CT.³⁶ Rebecca WHITE, daughter of Ebenezer WHITE and Hannah DOGGETT, was born on 17 November 1718 in Marshfield, Plymouth County, MA.³⁶ She died in 1769 at the age of 51 in Granville, Hampden County, MA.³⁶
