1. Gottlieb SCHENDEL was born in April 1829 in Preussen (Prussia).¹ He emigrated in 1874 from Preussen (Prussia).¹ He appeared in the census in 1900 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.¹ Gottlieb died before 1910 at the age of 81.² (His wife was listed as a widow in the 1910 Census.)

Gottlieb SCHENDEL and Juliana "Julia" UNKNOWN (SCHENDEL) were married about 1851.¹ Juliana "Julia" UNKNOWN (SCHENDEL) was born in August 1832 in Preussen (Prussia).¹ She emigrated in 1874 from Preussen (Prussia).^1,2 (The 1900 Census listed her year of emigration as 1874, while the 1910 listed it as 1880.) She appeared in the census in 1900 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.¹ Julia appeared in the census in 1910 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.² She was living in the household of her daughter Albertine and her family.
