Arity, 78, Tomah, died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011. He was born April 24, 1933, in Shawano. He was a member of the Tomah Senior High School graduating class of 1951. In 1958 he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. He was united in marriage to Glendena Brennen on July 2, 1955, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Tomah. She preceded him in death Dec. 9, 2000. He started his professional career at Steele’s Rexall Pharmacy. In 1970 he opened John’s Pharmacy in Tomah. He later worked for Walmart Pharmacy until his retirement. He was a former member of the Tomah Chamber of Commerce and the Tomah Jaycees. He loved playing baseball, enjoyed cheering for the Chicago Cubs and watching the Green Bay Packers. Over the years he enjoyed bowling, playing cards, horseshoes, hunting and fishing. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. . John A. ARITY and Glendena M. BRENNAN were married on 2 July 1955 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.131,132 Glendena M.
