Benjamin A. SWEET and Auguste Emilie "Gusta" LACHELT were married on 15 December 1895 in Monroe County, WI.¹ Auguste Emilie "Gusta" LACHELT, daughter of Johann Gottlieb LACHELT and Ernestine PASSERT, was born on 24 January 1876 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ She was baptized on 20 February 1876 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Benjamin A. SWEET and Auguste Emilie "Gusta" LACHELT had the following children:

34	ii.	Lyle Leland "Charlie" SWEET was born on 28 October 1903 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹ He died on 25 February 1967 at the age of 63 in Adams, Adams Township, Adams County, WI.¹
35	iii.	Arba J. "Arb" SWEET was born on 29 July 1905 in Monroe County, WI.¹ He died on 25 December 1981 at the age of 76 in Adams, Adams Township, Adams County, WI.¹ He was buried in Adams, Adams Township, Adams County, WI.¹ in the Arkdale East Cemetery.
