Jonell Kay LUEBCHOW and Keith Louis LARSON were married on 12 July 1975 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.24,37 at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Keith Louis LARSON, son of LaVern LARSON and Bernice OZUG, was born on 24 September 1945 in Chippewa Falls, Chippewa County, WI.37 He died on 24 June 2013 at the age of 67 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.37

Obituary Notes: "Keith Louis Larson, 67, of Tomah, died Monday, June 24, 2013, at the Serenity House in Tomah, after a brief battle with cancer.

He was born Sept. 24, 1945, to LaVern and Berniece (Ozug) Larson. in Chippewa Falls.
He grew up in the New Alburn area. He was the valedictorian of the Bloomer High School graduating class of 1963. He received his Bachelors degree in industrial arts from the UW-Stout in 1966. He began teaching at Tomah Senior High School when he was 21 years old in 1966.

He taught at the high school for 10 years, then owned and operated the Larson Machine and Welding Shop for 10 years. He then went to work for Parker–Hannifin in Mauston, where he was a machinist and model maker. He retired in 2011.

Keith was united in marriage to Sandra Oftedahl on April 2, 1982, in Kewaunee; they both agreed that there couldn’t be any other person that they were made to be with. They enjoyed taking long car drives together, and being together. Keith restored many antique cars; he enjoyed working on gas engines and also woodworking. He was the only one in the world to make concertinas. He was inducted and a member of the Concertina Hall of Fame and also played concertina in the Ridgeland Dutchman. He was a member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Tomah.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sandra; his children, Scott (Brenda) Wilcox of Tomah, and Lisa McCormick of Tomah; six grandchildren, Kaia, Jeff, and Megan McCormich, Kayla, Laura, and Adam Wilcox; seven brothers and sisters, Duane (Tre) Larson of Alabama, Eileen (Steve) Below of Green Bay, Janet (Paul) Baches of Tennesee, Lyle (Carol) Larson of Ohio, and Joyce Larson, Marlene Larson, and Lauren Hill, all of Minneapolis; a brother-in-law; sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Janel Luebchow; his parents; and a brother-in-law. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2013, at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, 525 Superior Ave., Tomah. Pastor Donald R. Buch will officiate. Burial will be at a later date. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the church."
