His occupation was "Bee Keeper, Farm." He died on 21 March 1916 at the age of 66.1,2,8 (His tombstone lists 1918 as his year of death.) William was buried in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.5,8 in the Oakdale Township Cemetery.
