38. Charles Frederick WILLIAMS was born on 19 September 1920 in Monroe County, WI.⁴⁰ He appeared in the census in 1930 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵⁵ He died on 14 January 1952 at the age of 31.²⁸ Charles was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁸ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Charles Frederick WILLIAMS and Darlene ABBS were married. Darlene ABBS died before 2009.⁵³
