Boeder, age 82, of Wilton, died Monday, July 4, 2005, at her home in the Town of Clifton. She was born on Jan. 20, 1923, to Gustave and May (Kooppenhafer) Preuss in the Town of Plymouth, Juneau County, Wis. Adeline was baptized April 22, 1923, at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Elroy and confirmed in the Lutheran faith May 8, 1938, at Peace Lutheran in Elroy. She was united in marriage to Norbert H. Boeder on April 14, 1945, at Peace Lutheran Church in Elroy; he preceded her in death on Feb. 6, 2002. They farmed in the Town of Clifton all their married life. They were members of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church at Dorset Ridge until they joined at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church at Kendall when the Dorset Ridge church closed. Adeline was a devoted and faithful member of St. John's and served as president of the Ladies Aid. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by two sons, James (Vickie) of Reeseville and Dennis (Betty) of Wilton; two daughters, Janis (Bernard) Forschler of Tomah and Julie (David) Sulzle of Garretson, SD; nine grandchildren, Ryan (Katey) of Milwaukee, Erick of Reeseville, Anne (Paul) Pralle of Sparta, Sheri (Andrew) Holzman of Waunakee, John of Maple Grove, MN, William (Rochelle) Forschler of New Lisbon, Jason Forschler of Eau Claire, Jenell Forschler of Boston, MA, and Mark Forschler of Tomah; three great-grandchildren, Grace and Ethan Pralle and Emma Forschler; a sister, Gladys Gloede of Wilton; two brothers, George (Carol) Preuss of Clifton and Herman (Nadine) Preuss of Elroy; three sisters-in-law, Inez Boeder, Margaret Preuss and Mildred Cook, all of Tomah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Elden Preuss; three brothers-in-law, Marvin Boeder, Charles Cook and Raymond Gloede. Funeral services were held today (Thursday), July 7, at 11 a.m. at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Kendall. Pastor Fred Fedke officiated. Burial was at Dorset Ridge Cemetery in the Town of Clifton. Visitation was at the church in Kendall on Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. and today from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
