She may have been born in Hartford, Washington County, NY, which is just across the border from Rutland County, VT. In the early days, Washington County was part of Dutchess County.) She died on 16 December 1862 at the age of 79 in Brownville, Jefferson County, NY.3,4,7,8 (Her tombstone says "Aged 80.")
