2. Joseph "Joe" CONNOR Sr. was born in 1828 in Knockatillane, County Wicklow, Ireland.^1,2,3 (The 1900 Census listed his birth date as June 1829.) He emigrated on 19 April 1851 from Ireland.^1,3 He appeared in the census in 1900 in Waterloo Township, Allamakee County, IA.³ His occupation was "Farmer." Joe appeared in the census in 1910 in Waterloo Township, Allamakee County, IA.⁴ He died on 27 April 1912 at the age of 84 in Iowa.^1,2,5 He was buried in Dorchester, Waterloo Township, Allamakee County, IA.^1,5 in the St. Mary's Cemetery.

Joseph "Joe" CONNOR Sr. and Margaret "Mary" MULALLY were married about 1853.^1,2 Margaret "Mary" MULALLY¹ was born in 1839 in Ireland.^1,2,4 She died on 28 August 1889 at the age of 50 in Allamakee County, IA.^1,2,5 She was buried in Dorchester, Waterloo Township, Allamakee County, IA.^1,5 in the St. Mary's Cemetery.

She appeared in the census in 1910 in Waterloo Township, Allamakee County, IA.⁴ She was living with her father. Maggie died on 22 August 1935 at the age of 75 in Iowa.¹
5	iii.	Mathew CONNOR was born on 8 February 1861 in Dorchester, Allamakee County, IA.¹ He died on 18 August 1930 at the age of 69 in Dorchester, Allamakee County, IA.¹
