THOMPSON was born about 1851 in Wisconsin.^20,52,55 She appeared in the census in 1860 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁰ She appeared in the census in 1870 in Center Township, Winnebago County, IA.¹³² Erepta appeared in the census in 1880 in Albion Township, Jackson County, WI.⁵² She and her daughter were living with her sister Emma and her family. (She cannot be located in the 1900 Census.)

Erepta B. THOMPSON and Joseph "Perry" HART were married on 28 March 1869 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^52,54,55 in the bride's home. Joseph "Perry" HART was born about 1847 in Wisconsin.^48,54,55 He appeared in the census in 1860 in Hustisford, Dodge County, WI.⁴⁸ He was living in the household of Aberdean and Marion Kieth. His relationship to them is unknown. He appeared in the census in 1870 in Center Township, Winnebago County, IA.¹³² His occupation was "Farm Laborer." Perry served in the military before 1873.¹²⁸ He served in Company A, 18th Infantry. He died in 1873 at the age of 26.^50,54 He was buried in 1873 in Jacksonville, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^50,128 in the Mount Vernon Cemetery.
