Eliza Almeda DECKER was born on 17 August 1861 in Monterey, Oconomowoc Township, Waukesha County, WI.¹ She appeared in the census in 1870 in Oconomowoc Township, Waukesha County, WI.¹ She died on 14 May 1931 at the age of 69 in Divide Township, Lane County, OR.¹ Eliza was buried in Cottage Grove, Lane County, OR.¹ in the Hawley Cemetery.

Eliza Almeda DECKER and Zackary Taylor FOSTER were married.¹ Zackary Taylor FOSTER was born on 10 November 1848 in Fairview, Erie County, PA.¹ He died on 26 September 1918 at the age of 69 in Divide Township, Lane County, OR.¹ He was buried in Cottage Grove, Lane County, OR.¹ in the Hawley Cemetery.

Eliza Almeda DECKER and Zackary Taylor FOSTER had the following children:

16	iii.	Thomas Duane FOSTER was born on 22 May 1888.¹ He died on 16 May 1970 at the age of 81.¹
17	iv.	Sarah Rebecca FOSTER was born on 12 June 1892.¹ She died on 12 December 1983 at the age of 91.¹
18	v.	George Dunsmoor FOSTER was born on 8 September 1896.¹ He died on 9 October 1962 at the age of 66.¹
