65. Louis Gordon GOETZKA was born on 20 December 1931 in Monroe County, WI.²⁰ He died before November 2013 at the age of 81.⁷²

Louis Gordon GOETZKA and Mavis TURNER were married.^34,72 Mavis TURNER was born on 5 October 1933.⁷³ She died on 17 November 2013 at the age of 80 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁷³

Obituary Notes: "Mavis H. Jones, 80, of Tomah passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at Tomah Memorial Hospital. She was born Oct. 15, 1933, to Walter and Elsa (Zienke) Turner.

She was united in marriage to Louis Goetzka, and to this union three children were born. Mavis worked at the Tomah VA Hospital in dietetics until her retirement. She was united in marriage to Don Jones in 1988; together they enjoyed many years of traveling. Mavis was an active member of the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Tomah.

She is survived by her children, Kary (Renee) Goetzka, Kurt Goetzka and Jody (fiance, Drew Burnstad) Powers; five grandchildren, Michael Goetzka, Tricia Foster, Jocelyn and Nichole Carlisle and Charlotte Goetzka; and one great- grandchild, Alan Foster; sisters, Luella Kirk of Appleton, Wis., Ethelyn Schneider of Waupaca, Wis., and Eleanor Neuman of Waupaca, Wis.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Elsa; her husband, Louis Goetzka; her husband, Don Jones; her brothers, Gordy (Alice) Turner and Marion (Elda) Turner.
Mavis’ family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at the Greenfield House for the special care given to their mom during her stay.

Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Tomah."
