Dr. Ryan Patrick LEE (*) (~) (+) (^) (!) was born on 27 February 1990 in Columbia, Richland County, SC.64 He was born at Richland Memorial Hospital at 4:17 p.m. He weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces and was 22 1/2 inches long. He was christened in April 1990 in Columbia, Richland County, SC.64 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. He was educated at Hand Middle School between September 2001 and June 2004 in Columbia, Richland County, SC.64 He was in the Advanced Academic Placement program and scored in the 99th percentile in the 2001 PSAT state-wide exams. In 2003, he scored 1446 out of a possible 1450 on the exam, one of the highest scores in South Carolina. In May 2003, he was elected to the Junior National Honor Society.
Ryan was educated at Heathwood Hall Episcopal School between September 2005 and May 2008 in Columbia, Richland County, SC.64 He was active in basketball, football and track. In September 2006, he was elected to the National Honor Society. He was confirmed in May 2006 in Columbia, Richland County, SC.64 at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. He graduated in May 2008 in Columbia, Richland County, SC.64 from Heathwood Hall Episcopal School. He attended Heathwood Hall on a 4-year full scholarship and played varsity football and basketball. In his senior year, he was selected as All-State in football as an offensive tackle. Shortly before graduation, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. Ryan was educated between September 2008 and June 2009 in Hanover, Grafton County, NH.64 He attended Dartmouth College, where he pursued his goal of attending medical school. As a Freshman, he played football on the Junior Varsity team. He was educated between August 2009 and May 2012 in Nashville, Davidson County, TN.64 He attended Vanderbilt University, where he majored in Neuroscience, with a minor in Economics.

During the summer of 2011, he attended the University of South Carolina, where he took two courses in Organic Chemistry. He graduated in May 2012 in Nashville, Davidson County, TN.1329 from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Neuroscience. He then accepted a position as a Research Associate at the St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis. Between June 2012 and August 2013 Ryan was in Memphis, Shelby County, TN.1329,1408 He was a Research Technologist in the Neuropathology Division of the Pathology Department of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The focus of the research of the department to which he was assigned was brain cancer in children. He was educated between August 2013 and June 2017 in Memphis, Shelby County, TN.1329,1409 He attended the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine.

In April 2015, he took the United States Medical Licensing Examination, which is taken by all medical school students in the U.S. who have completed their 2nd year of medical school. The exam is "unanimously viewed as the most arduous and paramount examination a medical student will ever sit during his or her entire career. It has substantial bearing on the specialties and location a residency applicant is competitive for." His exam score was in the 99th percentile, nationwide. He graduated in May 2017 in Memphis, Shelby County, TN.64 He received his Medical Degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine. In June 2017 Ryan was in Baltimore (City), MD.1410 Ryan began a seven-year residency in Neurosurgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, a unit of The Johns Hopkins Health Systems Corporation. After June 2017 he was a Resident Neurosurgeon in Baltimore (City), MD.64

Dr. Ryan Patrick LEE (*) (~) (+) (^) (!) and Dr. Shannon E. NIEDEMEYER were married on 14 May 2022 in Kiawah Island, Charleston County, SC.64 at The Ocean Course golf club. Dr. Shannon E. NIEDEMEYER, daughter of Michael NIEDEMEYER and Virginia WILLIAMS, was born in September 1988.64 She graduated in 2002 in Nashville, Davidson County, TN.64 from the Ensworth independent day school. She graduated in May 2010 in Washington, District of Columbia.64 from Georgetown University with a major in International Health. Shannon graduated in May 2016 in Memphis, Shelby County, TN.64 with honors with a medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She graduated in May 2019 in Durham, Durham County, NC.64 from Duke University with a Residency in Internal Medicine. After May 2022 she was in Baltimore (City), MD.64 as a Medical Doctor with a fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Pulmonary and Critical Care.
