He appeared in the census in 1860 in Sodus Township, Berrien County, MI.7 He appeared in the census in 1870 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.8 He was living with his father and his father's third wife, Naomi. Will appeared in the census in 1880 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.9 He was living with his father and his father's third wife, Naomi. After July 1884 he was an owner of a milk business for the city in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.49 From an article in a Tomah newspaper: "Will Hoag bought the Tomah milk business from E. Cady, July 1884." He lived at his home in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI in January 1896.31 Will died on 19 May 1927 at the age of 72 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.2,11 He was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.11 in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
