She emigrated in 1872 from Germany.^1,14 She appeared in the census in 1880 in Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.³ Emilie appeared in the census in 1900 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.¹ She appeared in the census in 1910 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁴ She died on 20 May 1929 at the age of 64.²² Emilie was buried on 23 May 1929 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^21,22 in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
