Oscar William PRELL and Mabel Ann PURDY (`) (~) were married on 6 March 1918.^42,59 Mabel Ann PURDY (`) (~), daughter of John James PURDY and Mary Elizabeth OAKLEY, was born on 13 August 1895 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.^42,61 She was baptized before 1900 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶² at the Pleasant Valley Methodist Episcopal Church. She appeared in the census in 1930 in La Grange Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴⁷ Mabel died on 26 March 1994 at the age of 98 in Sparta, Sparta Township, Monroe County, WI.^42,61 (She may have died on 28 Mar 1994.)
