Descendants of Friedrich Prielipp

Friedrich Prielipp and his unknown wife were believed to have been born in the Pommern Province of Prussia in the early-1700's. Their son, Christian Friedrich Prielipp I, and his wife, Dorothea Friederike Piper were born there in the mid-1700's. And their grandson, Christian Friedrich Prielipp II, and his wife, Anna Neumann, were born there in about 1800.

Christian and Anna's son, Augustus, and his wife, Friederike Buettner, emigrated to America with their two sons and one daughter and settled in Monroe County in the 1880’s. Their children married into families such as Albrecht, Giese, Petrich and Kamrath.

All of the Prielipp families in Monroe County descend from Christian and Anna.
