Christian Friedrich "Frederick" RAABE was born on 7 July 1845 in Alt Rudnitz, Neumark, Brandenburg Province, Preussen (Prussia).⁹ He emigrated in 1867 from Preussen (Prussia).⁵ He appeared in the census in 1870 in Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.² He was living with his parents and his occupation was "Farm Laborer." Frederick appeared in the census in 1880 in Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴ His household was next to that of his parents and his occupation was "Farmer." He appeared in the census in 1900 in Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵ He died on 5 September 1935 at the age of 90.⁹ Frederick was buried in 1935 in Dorset Ridge, Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ in the Immanuel German Lutheran Church Cemetery.
