Ethel Marie BARTELS was born on 4 April 1923 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^{59,145,229,230} She graduated in 1941 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^231,232 from Tomah High School. She died on 10 January 2014 at the age of 90 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²³⁰

Obituary Notes: "Ethel M. Lamb, 90, of Tomah passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at Liberty Village in Tomah, with her loving companion, Ken Hart, by her side. She was born April 4, 1923, in Tomah.

Ethel was united in marriage to Oscar Lamb. Together they owned and operated the Avenue Bar in Tomah. Following retirement from the tavern business she went on to sell campers at Bubnich’s in Tomah. Ethel loved playing golf, shopping and traveling. More than anything she loved the Lord.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Kathy (Tim) Detro; her grandson, Bob Lamb; and her great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her sister, Janette (Maynard) Wagner, along with many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Oscar; and her son, Bill Lamb.
Funeral services will be held noon Tuesday, at Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Tomah."

^15,233 Kenneth William "Kenny" HART (^), son of Riley James Talmadge HART and Eva VROMAN, was born on 4 August 1931 in Monroe County, WI.^59,234 He died on 12 September 2021 at the age of 90 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²³⁵ Obituary Notes: "Kenneth “Kenny” W. Hart, age 90, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at the Tomah Health Hospital. Kenny was born August 4, 1931 to Riley and Eva (Verome) Hart. He proudly served his country in the Navy for 4 years. Kenny worked as a railroad supervisor for Milwaukee Road for 42 years.

He is survived by his son, Derek (Teri) Hart. He was preceded in death by his special friend, Ethel Lamb.
