Descendants of (Unknown) Rowan

(Unknown) Rowan and his wife were the parents of Thomas and Elizabeth Rowan, who both emigrated from Ireland to Monroe County in the 1800's. Elizabeth married Alexander McMullen, and Thomas married Alexander's younger sister, Sarah.

Many of the Rowan famiies in Monroe County descend from Thomas.
