3. Frank Wayne "Bud" ROWLEE Sr.¹¹ was born on 6 October 1888 in Illinois.^2,13 He appeared in the census in 1900 in La Salle Township, La Salle County, IL.²

. He appeared in the census in 1910 in Waltham, La Salle County, IL.⁷ He was a "Hired Man" in the household of Frank and Charlotte Whipple and his occupation was "Laborer, General Farm." The Whipple household was very close to that of Frank Rowlee's parents. (His surname was spelled "Rowley.")

. Bud appeared in the census in 1920 in Wood Township, Wood County, WI.¹⁴ He was listed as "F. W. Rowley" and his occupation was "Farmer, Home Farm."

. He lived in Dexterville, Dexter Township, Wood County, WI in February 1929.¹⁵ He appeared in the census in 1930 in Dexterville, Dexter Township, Wood County, WI.⁹ He was a Widower, living with his children, and his occupation was "Laborer, Railroad Section."

. Bud appeared in the census in 1940 in Manchester Township, Jackson County, WI.¹⁶ He was living with his second wife and his occupation was "Laborer, Farm." (His surname was spelled "Rowley.")

. He died on 23 August 1991 at the age of 102 in Wisconsin.¹³ He was buried in Millston, Jackson County, WI. in the Brookside Cemetery.

Frank Wayne "Bud" ROWLEE Sr. and Agnes UNKNOWN (ROWLEE) were married before 1915.^9,14 Agnes UNKNOWN (ROWLEE)¹⁴ was born about 1886 in Illinois.^9,14 She appeared in the census in 1920 in Wood Township, Wood County, WI.¹⁴ She died before 1930 at the age of 44.⁹
