Descendants of Lorenz Ruhs (Russ)

Lorenz Ruhs and his wife, Anna Maria Schon, were born in Austria in the late 1700's. One of their sons, Sylvester, married Josepha Pulzer and the family name was changed to Russ when they emigrated to America. They raised their family in Chicago.

One of Sylvester's great-grandsons, John Russ, married Doris Mae Cassidy (whose mother was Blanche Griggs Cassidy) and they lived and raised their family in Alaska.
