SHATTUCK, daughter of Percy Orin SHATTUCK and Dorothy Alma RAY, was born on 26 July 1922 in Sparta, Sparta Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶ She died on 12 September 2002 at the age of 80 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶ She was buried on 14 September 2002 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶ in the St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery.
