230. Rose Mary FELBER was born on 15 October 1957 in La Crosse, La Crosse County, WI.^18,160 She graduated in 1975 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶⁰ from Tomah High School.

Rose Mary FELBER and George Louis "Van" VANDERBLOEMEN were married on 11 September 1976 in Clifton Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶⁰ at St. Michael's Catholic Church. George Louis "Van" VANDERBLOEMEN was born on 12 February 1956 in Madison, Dane County, WI.^160,161 He graduated in 1974 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶⁰ from Tomah High School. He died on 30 September 2020 at the age of 64 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶¹

Obituary Notes: "George L. Vanderbloemen “Van”, 64 of Tomah died Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at his home.  He was born on February 12, 1956 to George and Wilna (Wiggen) Vanderbloemen in Madison.  He graduated from Tomah High School in 1974. 

He was united in marriage to Rose Felber on September 11, 1976 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Indian Creek.  George worked for USEMCO for 23 years. He started his own construction company C&V Construction and later was the maintenance director at Courtyard at Willow Wood. 

George loved providing Grampa Daycare and playing with his grandkids.  He enjoyed camping, playing cards, spending time with family and cooking for large groups.  He loved working with his hands whether it was working on a car engine, building a new project in the wood shop, remodeling someone’s house or building a new home.  

After retirement George and Rose enjoyed traveling.  They took trips to Arizona, New Mexico, California, Canada, to mention a few. He was always there to help when someone was in need.  He was the rock of his family and made countless memories. 
 
George is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rose and three children, Patricia “Trish” (Ryan) Norman, Julie (Chris) Jensen and Philip Vanderbloemen.  Four grandchildren, Morgan and Kendra Jensen, Peyton and Connor Vanderbloemen.  His sisters, Karen (Rod) Renz, Nancy (Doug) Moen, Alice (Steve) Tuschen and Kris (Scott) Molle,  brothers and sisters-in-law, Wenzel Jr (Joelyn) Felber, Albert (Cindy) Felber, James (Laurie) Felber, Jean Felber, Lucy (Jerry) Kitelinger and Robert (Janet) Pohle, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
 
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, a brother Philip Vanderbloemen, and his father-in-law Wenzel Felber. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date."
