Wilhelm Heinrich Joachim "William" SCHULZ was born on 6 August 1853 in Blievenstorf, Mecklenburg-Schwerin Province, Preussen (Prussia).^2,3,9,11 (His surname was originally spelled "Schulz," but his children and their descendants used the spelling "Schultz.") He emigrated in 1858 from Preussen (Prussia).² He appeared in the census in 1860 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.³ William was confirmed on 20 October 1867 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.¹¹ at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. He appeared in the census in 1920 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²² His household was in the 1st Ward and his occupation was "Miller, Flour Mill." He died on 17 August 1922 at the age of 69.⁴ William was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹³ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Wilhelm Heinrich Joachim "William" SCHULZ and Dena A. NELSON were married on 1 January 1877 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^4,9 Dena A. NELSON, daughter of John NELSON and Diana MENDELL, was born in 1854 in Wisconsin.^13,22 She appeared in the census in 1920 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²² She died in 1942 at the age of 88.¹³ Dena was buried in 1942 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹³ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

31	i.	Frederick D. "Freddie" SCHULTZ was born on 2 July 1878.^4,13 (The cemetery records list his birth year as 1879.) He appeared in the census in 1920 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²² He was living with his parents and his occupation was "Miller, Flour Mill." He died in 1936 at the age of 58.⁴ Freddie was buried in 1936 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹³ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
32	ii.	Floyd W. SCHULTZ died in 1885.⁸ He was buried in 1885 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁸ in the Mount Vernon Cemetery.
33	iii.	Goldie Mae SCHULTZ was born on 30 July 1888 in Monroe County, WI.^4,23 She appeared in the census in 1920 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²² She was living with her parents.
