Ira Jay SEIBOLD¹³ was born on 3 May 1864 in Waterwill Township, Monroe County, WI.^11,13,17,18 He appeared in the census in 1870 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.⁷ He appeared in the census in 1880 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.² Ira appeared in the census in 1900 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵ He appeared in the census in 1910 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.⁸ His occupation was "Farmer, General Farm." He appeared in the census in 1920 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.⁹ His occupation was "Laborer, Road Construction." Ira appeared in the census in 1930 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.²² He was living with his daughter Laurella and her family and his occupation was "None." He was a widower. He died in 1943 at the age of 79 in Monroe County, WI.^11,18 He was buried in 1943 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^3,12 in the Oak Grove Cemetery (Section OP, Block 4, Lot 22).

Ira Jay SEIBOLD and Ella May GOULD were married on 17 August 1887 in Monroe County, WI.^11,17,18 Ella May GOULD, daughter of Charles GOULD and Frances MCQUILLIAN, was born in May 1866 in Wisconsin.^7,8,11,18 She was adopted by Daniel and Marietta (Unknown) Gould. (The 1910 Census lists her birthplace as New York state.)

Was scalded with barley water. D(ied) the next day." She was buried in October 1904 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.³ in the Oak Grove Cemetery (Section OP, Block 4, Lot 22).
