His name was listed as "Rinard Sommerfeld" in the 1910 Census and as "Roland Summerfield" in 1930.) He appeared in the census in 1900 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵ He appeared in the census in 1910 in Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.⁸ He was a "Hired Man" in the household of Alexander Gnewikow, and his occupation was listed as "Farm Hand, Working Out." Roland appeared in the census in 1930 in Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.¹¹ His occupation was listed as "Farmer, General Farm." He died on 6 June 1969 at the age of 78 in Sparta, Sparta Township, Monroe County, WI.^25,28 He was buried in Wilton, Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁵ in the Wilton Hillside Cemetery.

DOMKE, daughter of August DOMKE and Edith UNKNOWN (DOMKE), was born on 7 June 1911 in Rock Springs, Sauk County, WI.²⁹ She appeared in the census in 1930 in Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.¹¹ She died on 25 August 1996 at the age of 85 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁹ Dorothy was buried in Wilton, Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ in the St. Paul's German Lutheran Cemetery.
