The 1900 listed his birth date as Feb 1846 and his age as 54.) He emigrated on 24 November 1867 from Preussen (Prussia).^1,3,11,12 (The 1900 and 1920 Census records indicated that he emigrated in 1873; the 1910 indicated 1869. The 1900 indicated that he had been in the U.S. for 27 years, so 1873 is believed to be correct. In addition, that is the year reported in census records for his father.)

(His surname was spelled "Sunniburg.") She appeared in the census in 1905 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵ She died on 3 February 1910 at the age of 56.¹⁰ Beaty was buried in Tunnel City, Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁰ in the Greenfield Cemetery.
