He appeared in the census in 1900 in Hidewood Township, Deuel County, SD.²² He appeared in the census in 1910 in Hidewood Township, Deuel County, SD.²³ Willie appeared in the census in 1920 in Estelline, Hamlin County, SD.²¹ He was living with his parents and his occupation was "Laborer, Own Garage." He died on 27 May 1970 at the age of 74 in California.¹⁹

William "Willie" SONNENBURG and Abbie BOONE were married.¹⁹ Abbie BOONE was born on 2 February 1897.¹⁹ She died on 25 January 1968 at the age of 70.¹⁹
