Storkel, 79, of Warrens died Tuesday July 20, 1993 at the Tomah Care Center. She was born to Arthur and Martha B. (Meinecke) Pergande on April 8, 1914 at Tomah. She was united in marriage to Arnold Storkel on March 2, 1933 at Great Lakes Naval Station Illinois. They lived in the Tomah and Warrens area all their married life. In addition to her husband Arnold of Warrens, she is survived by five sons, Bruce (Ester) and Keith (Mary) both of Milwaukee, Roy (Sue), Lee (Monika) and Dale all of Warrens; four daughters, Mrs. Jean (Tom) Petersen and Mrs Nancy (Don) Bushing both of Tomah, Mrs. Sue (Dave) Pfaff of Deerfield and Kay Lamb of Merrill, Ore; 25 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and a sister Margaret Rice of Racine, Two nephews and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Mark and a brother Harold. Funeral services will be held on Thursday 11 A.M. at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home 801 E. Monowau Street, Tomah. Rev. Father Dale Klitzke will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery at Tomah."
