Birth (not in VRs) for Uxbridge about 1758-60. SG TAF 5 states that William settled at Annsville, NY., probably shortly after the taking of the 1790 census which shows him still at Uxbridge, Mass.

A note in the Hartford Times, March 4, 1950 (B-1185-1) states that William's wife was Anna Harris.

William TAFT (\) and Anna HARRIS were married before 1778.^4,7 Anna HARRIS was born (date unknown).
