Anna Wilhelmine "Minnie" RASCH was born on 10 March 1877 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.1,6,16,17 She was baptized on 10 July 1881 in Monroe County, WI.6,18 at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church. Her baptism sponsors were John Ramlow, Christine Fabian and Helene (Labude) Kupper. She died on 8 October 1954 at the age of 77.6,16 Minnie was buried in Jacksonville, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.9,16 in the Mount Vernon Cemetery.

Anna Wilhelmine "Minnie" RASCH and Albert William LUEBCHOW were married on 28 April 1896 in Monroe County, WI.17,19,20 Albert William LUEBCHOW, son of Heinrich LUEBCHOW and Louisa REHBEIN, was born on 6 August 1866 in Colberg, Thuringia, Pommern (Pomerania) Province, Preussen (Prussia).16,21 From the research of Muriel Bernhardt: "He was born 06 Aug 1866 at Colberg/Kolberg Germany, now Kolobrzerg Poland, a seaport and resort town in the Province of Koszalin, about 75 mi. nw of Stettlin, Germany.

He Arrived in New York on the ''Franklin'' on 01 Sept 1871. The Franklin was launched in June 1871 and commenced her maiden voyage from Stettin to Copenhagen and NY on 8/8/1871. The Franklin was sold in 1874 and was renamed "Batavia." In Nov 1877, the 'Batavia' was wrecked on Capy Shoals near Marseilles.

On 25 Nov 1902, A.W. Luebchow purchased So. 1/3 of lot 3 and the whole lot 4 & 5, city of Tomah, from Lizzie & T.J. Marsden (vol. 86/601). The Stone Livery was established and built by Louie Knoblock in 1890. The stable was stone, measured 40 x 100 ft. and it had every modern device for the care of horses and carriages. The Feed Barn announces feed prices: team fed with hay, 10 cents; with oats, 25 cents; single horse fed with oats, 15 cents. This location is the current home of the Tee Pee Supper Club; from the early 1930's until about 1960, it also housed the Tomah Theater.

On 25 Oct 1910, he sold 1/3 of lot 3, and the whole lot 4 & 5, City of Tomah, to Nels Roberson."

He died in 1931 at the age of 65.16 He was buried in 1931 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.16 in the Mount Vernon Cemetery.
