BUCHHOLZ was born on 3 October 1881 in Monroe County, WI.^6,9 He died in 1961 at the age of 80.⁹ He was buried in 1961 in Wilton, Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.⁹ in the St. Paul's German Lutheran Cemetery.
