Descendants of Andreas "Andrew" Wadephul

Andreas “Andrew” Wadephul and his wife, Dorothea Walter, were born in or near the Pommern Province of Prussia in about 1800. Their four children emigrated to America in 1868 and settled in Sheldon and Wilton townships. Their children married into the Haseley, Hein, Felker and Bredlow families.

All of the original Wadephul and Wadepfuhl families in Monroe County descended from Andreas and Dorothea.
