"Kate" WEAVER was born in August 1837 in New York.3,19 She appeared in the census in 1840 in Salina, Onandaga County, NY.4 She appeared in the census in 1850 in Bristol Township, Kenosha County, WI.3 Kate appeared in the census in 1860 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.1 She appeared in the census in 1870 in Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.15 She appeared in the census in 1880 in La Grange Township, Monroe County, WI.8 Kate appeared in the census in June 1900 in Mentor Township, Clark County, WI.19 She lived in Merrillan, Jackson County, WI in August 1900.20 (She was mentioned in the obituary of her aunt, Kate (Chambers) Griggs, as living in Merrillan.) She died in 1910 at the age of 73.10

Catherine M. "Kate" WEAVER and Benjamin MILLER were married about 1854.2,19 According to the 1900 Census, they had 10 children, of whom 6 were living at the time. Benjamin MILLER, son of (Unknown) UNKNOWN and Eva MILLER, was born on 5 March 1831 in New York.10,19 He appeared in the census in 1850 in Chemung Township, McHenry County, IL.21 He was living in the household of his mother and her husband, John Harp, and was listed as "Benjamin Harp." His age was 19 and his occupation was "Farmer." The name of his birth father is not known. He appeared in the census in 1860 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.1 His household consisted of Benjamin, age 29, occupation "Farmer," born NY; his wife, Catherine, age 22, born NY; and their children, John, age 2, and Mary, age 1, both of whom were born in Wisconsin. Also living in his household was Jane Weaver, age 20, occupation "Teacher, Com. School," born WI. Benjamin appeared in the census in 1870 in Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.15 His occupation was "Farmer." He appeared in the census in 1880 in La Grange Township, Monroe County, WI.8 His occupation was "Farmer." He appeared in the census in 1900 in Mentor Township, Clark County, WI.19 His occupation was "Farmer." Benjamin died on 11 September 1914 at the age of 83.10 He was buried at Houghtonberg Cemetery in Alma Center, Jackson County, WI.10
