Lebbeous WEBB2 was born on 12 February 1762 in Windham, Windham County, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America.2,3,4 (The 1850 Census listed his given name as "Elibea" and his birth place as Massachusetts.) He served in the military about 1776.3 in the Revolutionary War. He appeared in the census in 1850 in Constantia Center, Constantia Township, Oswego County, NY.4 He was living with his son Napthali and his family. Lebbeous died on 25 August 1851 at the age of 89 in Constantia Center, Constantia Township, Oswego County, NY.2

Lebbeous WEBB and Olive P. KELLOGG were married about 1793.2,3 They had 5 children. Olive P. KELLOGG was born on 12 September 1762 in Windham County, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America.2 She died in 1812 at the age of 50 in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, MA.2
