Clinton C. STEELE and Nettie Elsie BURKE were married on 21 November 1891 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^19,23 Nettie Elsie BURKE was born on 17 July 1868 in Oswego, Oswego County, NY.¹⁹ She appeared in the census in 1930 in Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁸ She died on 17 August 1947 at the age of 79 in Englewood, Humboldt County, CA.¹⁹ Nettie was buried in Warrens, Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI. in the Warrens-Mills Cemetery.
