Clara Belle STEELE and Fred Allen DOBBINS were married on 6 November 1892 in Warrens, Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.^19,23 Fred Allen DOBBINS, son of George Henry DOBBINS and Lillian C. SWEET, was born on 25 December 1870 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁹ He died on 25 May 1951 at the age of 80 in Beloit, Beloit Township, Rock County, WI.¹⁹

Clara Belle STEELE and Fred Allen DOBBINS had the following children:
