126. Vivian Jeanette SCHULTZ was born on 26 February 1925 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.^24,37,76,131 She was baptized on 7 April 1925 in Monroe County, WI.⁷⁶ She died on 23 August 2009 at the age of 84 in Davenport, Polk County, FL.¹³¹

Obituary Notes: "Vivian J. Schultz Lucas, 84, Davenport, FL, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009, under the care of her loving family and hospice.

She was born Feb. 26, 1925. in Tomah, WI, the daughter of Ernest and Ruby (nee Hennarichs) Schultz. She was a clerk and Union Steward for Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad for 41 years and a local resident since 2000 from the Chicago area where she was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dolton, IL. Locally she attended Woodlands Lutheran Church in Montverde. She was a former member of Lady Trainmen Lincolnettes Lodge #278 and former Moose Lodge member. Her father preceded her in death on Nov. 26,1964; her mother on Feb. 14, 1995, and her husband Herbert L. Lucas on Dec. 25, 2008, to whom she was married for 66 years. Also preceding her in death was her sister Elaine Arlys.

Surviving are her daughter Lynne T. (Sherman) Sidkey and granddaughter Traci Holmer, all of Davenport; granddaughter Lori (Nick) Ilickovich, Munster, IN; great-grandchildren Dale and Brad Holmer and Mitch LaRock and Alexa LaRock-Ilickovich; and siblings Delores Nilles, St. John, IN; Donna (Phil) Warner, Tomah, WI, and Douglas (Candy) Schultz, Peotone, IL, many nieces and nephews whom Vivian and her husband Herbert thoroughly enjoyed.

The funeral service for Vivian Lucas will be held at 10:30 a.m. today (Thursday), Aug. 27, 2009, in the Becker Chapel. Rev. Dr. Milan G. Weerts, Woodlands Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Visitation was from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday. The family graciously requests memorial contributions in her name to Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, FL."

Vivian Jeanette SCHULTZ and Herbert L. LUCAS were married about 1942.¹³¹ Herbert L. LUCAS died on 25 December 2008.¹³²
