114. Donald William "Don" ABBOTT Sr. was born on 11 October 1930 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^24,125 He died on 20 November 2011 at the age of 81 in Paramount, Los Angeles County, CA.¹²⁵

Obituary Notes: "Donald Abbott Sr., 81, of Paramount, Calif., and formerly of Tomah, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at his home. He was born Oct. 11, 1930, to Archie and Lydia (Seflow) Abbott in Tomah. He was united in marriage to Muriel Lavature on June 7, 1951. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He worked for Rockview Dairy until his retirement.
He is survived by his daughters, Bonnie Provencal, Ruth Abbott, Kathleen Rogers and Susan Abbott, and a son, Daniel Abbott; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill (Theresa) Abbott; three sisters, Betty (Melvin) Roscovius, June McFarland and and Sylvia Feustel; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charles Abbott and Clarence Abbott; three sisters, Ruth Stodola, Louise Payne and Vivian Gilson; ex-wife Muriel Abbott; and son Donald Abbott Jr.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau St. Tomah. Pastor Mark W. Benning will officiate. Burial will be at the Oak Grove Cemetery with military honors by the Grassman-Sowle-Larsen-Senz American Legion Post No. 201."
