He was united in marriage to Garylon “Gary” Goldbeck Nov. 22, 1949, in Tomah. Lorance spent his career working at Union Camp, originally Van Pak in Tomah. He retired after 38 years. He is survived his wife, Gary of Tomah; his daughter, Jennifer (Dennis) Derousseau of Tomah; a brother, Rubert (Rita) Zahrte of Rockford, Ill.; a sister, Jerleen Schlesser of Lake Zurich, Ill.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Andy; his daughter, Angie; and his sisters, Florieda Gorham, Vern Clifford and Norma Robinson. Funeral services were 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah." .
