Lamb, 90, of Tomah passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at Liberty Village in Tomah, with her loving companion, Ken Hart, by her side. She was born April 4, 1923, in Tomah. Ethel was united in marriage to Oscar Lamb. Together they owned and operated the Avenue Bar in Tomah. Following retirement from the tavern business she went on to sell campers at Bubnich’s in Tomah. Ethel loved playing golf, shopping and traveling. More than anything she loved the Lord. She is survived by her granddaughter, Kathy (Tim) Detro; her grandson, Bob Lamb; and her great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her sister, Janette (Maynard) Wagner, along with many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Oscar; and her son, Bill Lamb. .
