Obituary Notes: "Harry James Getman of Spring Lake, Mich., formerly of Tomah, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home last Friday afternoon. He was walking about his yard when stricken.

Mr. Getman was a veterinarian and had lived in Spring Lake the past 15 years, coming there from Traverse City, Mich., where he had lived for 20 years. He was born at Tomah April 26, 1871, and received his early schooling here. He was a barber before attending veterinary college.

Surviving are his widow, Wilma; two daughters, Mrs. Wm. Branstreter, Roanoke, Ind., and Mrs. Wm. Roder, Cross Plains, Ind.; a sister, Mrs. A. E. Richardson, Morenci, Mich.; two brothers, Frank R. Getman, Milwaukee and Arthur N. Getman, Tomah; a half-brother, Albert Featherly, Aberdeen, Wash.; and one grandson, William Dial, Huntington, Ind."
