She was christened on 31 March 1847 in Heddinghausen, Marsberg, Brilon, Westfalen (Westphalia) Province, Preussen (Prussia). She emigrated in July 1853 from Preussen (Prussia). Frances appeared in the census in 1870 in Leon Township, Monroe County, WI. She appeared in the census in 1880 in Wells Township, Monroe County, WI.
