1. August Louis BLADO^1,2 was born on 5 August 1830 in Preussen (Prussia).³ He appeared in the census in 1910 in Sparta Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴ He died in 1923 at the age of 93.³ (The Sassenhagen, Pommern, birth records list the Blado family name as "Bloedow.")

August Louis BLADO and Louise PLAGENS were married about 1888.^3,4,5 This was his third marriage. Louise PLAGENS was born on 21 January 1852 in Preussen (Prussia).³ She appeared in the census in 1910 in Sparta Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴ According to the 1910 Census, she had 8 children, of whom 6 were still living. She died in 1924 at the age of 72.³
