3. Wencel "Wenzel" BLASKEY II⁴ was born on 20 May 1830 in Lansperk, Lanskroun, Bohemia (Austria).^2,5 (His surname is reported to have originally been "Blazek.")

His birth place is listed as Austria in the 1920 Census records for his daughter Matilda and son Wenzel, Jr., but as Germany in the 1920 Census for his daughter Mary. He emigrated in 1867 from Bohemia (Austria).¹ He and his family emigrated to New York City on the ship "Weser."

. He appeared in the census in 1870 in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ His and his family's surname was spelled "Pulask," his birthplace was listed as "Hesse Darmstadt," and his occupation was "Farmer."

. Wenzel died on 3 December 1879 at the age of 49 in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.^2,7,8 (His surname may originally have been spelled "Blazek.") He was buried at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.² (Itis not known why he changed his surname from Blazek to Blaskey.) (On his gravestone, his given name is spelled "Wencel.")

Wencel "Wenzel" BLASKEY II and Johanna "Hannah" ZASTOUPIL were married about 1850 in Dolni Dobrouc, Usti nad Orlici, Pardubice Kraj, Bohemia (Austria).² Johanna "Hannah" ZASTOUPIL², daughter of Anton ZASTOUPIL and Johanna BLAZEK, was born on 24 June 1829 in Dolni Dobrouc, Usti nad Orlici, Pardubice Kraj, Bohemia (Austria).^2,3,4,7 (In the 1880 Census, she was listed as "Hannah, age 50, " occupation "Farmer," and her birth place was listed as Bohemia. The 1920 Census for her daughter Matilda listed Hannah's birth place as Austria.)

. She emigrated in 1867 from Bohemia (Austria).² on the ship "Weser." She appeared in the census in 1870 in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ She was listed as "Anna" and her birthplace was listed as "Hesse Darmstadt."

. Hannah appeared in the census in 1880 in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.⁷ She was the head of household; her children Matilda, Wenzel and Mary were living with her. Her birthplace was listed as "Bohemia."

. She died on 5 April 1899 at the age of 69 in Tunnel City, Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.^2,4,9 She was buried at St. Michaels Cemetery in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴
