She appeared in the census in 1850 in Franklin Township, Milwaukee County, WI.⁴ She appeared in the census in 1860 in Waukesha, Waukesha County, WI.⁵ Mary appeared in the census in 1870 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ She was a widow and was living with her daughter Lucinda and her husband. She appeared in the census in 1880 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.² She was living with her son Harry and his family. She died on 2 April 1882 at the age of 84 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^1,3 Mary was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁷ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

John died on 9 March 1862 at the age of 70 in Waukesha, Waukesha County, WI.^1,8 He was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁷ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
